Quality Assurance Program Description
ARL’s Quality Assurance (QA) Program is developed as part of our business philosophy and designed to ensure consistent top quality support to each client. As such, it will be performed transparent to the customer. Each QA plan contains a list of key deliverables, services, or other activities and the evaluation criteria. Further, ARL provides the highest standard of business and operating practices as a core business offering, which allows us to leverage our in-house expertise to our project and program management contracts, including:

• Budget Execution
• Budget Execution Tracking
• Financial Management Reporting and Analysis
• Contract Reconciliation and Closeout Support
ARL is committed to delivery of services and products on schedule. To ensure that schedules and milestones are met, staff assignments and labor mix are appropriate and effective, and costs incurred are in compliance. ARL updates its internal QA plan to include the specific needs of each individual Task Order.
